She WAS acting like a bitch. How dare she rescind the invitation of the vampire who:

• Had her beaten so badly she was nearly dead, just so she would be forced to accept his blood or die.
• His blood that was filled with his own personal brand of Billphrodisiacs, which he neglected to inform her of.
• Fucked her while she was still unknowingly under the influence of his Billphrodisiacs, which is rape.
• Yes, it is haters. You can’t give a girl Rohypnol telling her its Tylenol and then screw her. That’s rape.
• ‘Courted’ (and I use that term loosely) her under false pretenses, when his real agenda was to trap her and give her to Queen Sophie-Anne as an enslaved pet fairy.
• Deliberately threw her into the path of a fangbanger-killing serial killer by leaving visible fangmarks on her neck (when he could have easily healed them), when he knew the killer was out there.
• Indirectly caused the murder of her grandmother with his false seduction of Sookie. Had he not been creeping around Sookie trying to ultimately kidnap her, Rene never would have targeted her.
• Or probably directly killed her Gran. Because that murder really didn’t add up, and how can you not suspect him?
• Raped her in the graveyard (according to Stephen Moyer anyway).
• Attacked Sam for touching what was his (ie, Sookie).
• Kept Sookie in the dark not only about his own motives and the insidious plot surrounding her, but also about vampire customs and politics, and her own heritage, which made her completely unable to defend herself (ergo she was forced to rely on him), and endangered her and those around her.
• Lied pretty much every time words came out of his mouth. Given multiple opportunities to come clean, but didn’t.
• Attempted to control her in the guise of protecting her.
• Tried to murder her in the back of a van.
• Tried to murder her in the back of a van.
• TRIED TO MURDER HER IN THE BACK OF A VAN, AND HELD HIS HAND OVER HIS MOUTH SO NO ONE COULD HEAR HER SCREAM AND HELP HER NOT GET MURDERED.
• No, he wasn’t out of it, too injured to realize what he was doing. After dragging Eric out of the sun, Pam commented that he was too weak to drop fang (and yet he managed not to go into a frenzy when given Sookie’s blood). If Bill was as bad off as he claimed to be, he would not have been able to drop fang.
• Did fuck all to help Tara at Russell’s.
• Murdered her creepy uncle. Yes, he was a pedo, but that doesn’t mean Sookie wanted his death on her conscious.
• Told her even more deaths were going to be on her conscious whether she liked it or not when he said he was going to kill all that knew about her. 
• He’s a smarmy douchecanoe.

And that’s just the shit Sookie knew about. There’s also all these other wonderful things about Bill Compton she didn’t know:

• Him raping Lorena (AB/SM have said that that was rape, and Lorena was just so fucked-up that she convinced herself its what she wanted).
• He killed that really nice stripper for no reason. He easily escaped Russell’s manor when he wanted to (when he thought Sookie was in flagrante with a werewolf), and that was with Russell/Eric/Lorena/the vamp guards/the weres in the house at the time. Are we supposed to believe he couldn’t escape when left alone in a roomfull of humans, with Russell not in the immediate vicinity?
• He worked as Queen Sophie-Anne’s human trafficker for decades. This means he led boys and girls into a life of sexual slavery, and in all likelihood death. 
• The path of blood and murder he blazed with Lorena back in the day. And after her, the trio of Diane, Malcolm and Liam. Remember, he told Sookie that he only ‘accidentally’ killed a few people when he was a newborn, that he always tried to leave his meals alive. Not that he killed for sport and fucked in the blood.
• He was a terrible maker and a total absentee dad.

And Sookie rejected that kind, loving, noble man. What a bitch.
